Larger items are shipped by a freight company. You will be called one to two days in advance to schedule a Monday through Friday delivery appointment. Unless otherwise arranged, all deliveries outside of Denver are curbside only.  Deliveries within Denver will be arranged by Seller to take place on or within a time window confirmed with Buyer, but designated by Seller. 

Inside delivery, with assembly, is available for some items at an additional cost. 

*An important note: It is your responsibility as the buyer to inspect the piece(s) at the time of delivery with the shipper. If there is anything wrong, or if the item has been damaged during shipping, please denote any damage on the bill of lading or invoice while the driver is present at time of delivery. This is the only time you will be able to point these issues out to the shipper that damages occurred prior to accepting. You may reject delivery in any necessary cases. Once the piece(s) has been delivered and accepted by you, there is far less we at Denver Modern can do to accommodate alterations or fixes without additional charges, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

-For items marked as returnable, if you are not satisfied, please notify us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note for returns: The item will need to be sent back in its original condition and original packaging. Any original delivery fees are non-refundable, and additional shipping fees will apply for the return shipping.

-Made-to-order items are not returnable, unless there is a defect, and will be denoted on our site.

-If something arrives defective, let us know and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary.
