A Sunbrella outdoor performance fabric in a fresh cabana-style stripe in cream and beige. Sunbrella is a performance fabric industry pioneer committed to creating high-quality fabrics that are beautiful, water-resistant, fade-resistant, bleach cleanable, and easy to care for.

FIQA Boucle
Using cutting-edge European technology focusing on sustainability, this gently off-white Fiqa material with a hint of grey combines high-resistance properties with a soft and comfortable feel. Ultra wear resistant to discolouration, fading, salt-water, mould/mildew, plus stains and marks; designed to prevent spills or liquids from penetrating the fabric, making it antimicrobial. Tested for severe contract standards, FIQA materials are perfect for residential and contract applications. This FIQA Boucle - with its loops and curls - adds tactile depth, sophisticated interest, and a distinctive natural texture.

Product Care
Cabana Stripe:
Blot liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth. For oil-based spills, apply an absorbent such as cornstarch, then remove with a straight edge. Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap and water; air dry.

FIQA Boucle:
Blot spills immediately with a clean, colorfast towel. Spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge, gently blotting to remove excess water, then air dry. The cover can be removed and machine washed with bleach for tougher stains.

We recommend periodically fluffing cushions and vacuuming crevices to keep your piece looking its best. To prevent fading, keep fabrics out of direct sunlight.

Shipping and Delivery Types and Fees

Ensuring you have a seamless experience where orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition is critical at Denver Modern. We offer two primary shipping options, plus local pickups and local deliveries. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes and shipping is available for customers within the contiguous 48 states.

  • Standard (Threshold) Shipping: For customers who choose Standard Shipping, your order will be delivered outside your home or at the nearest accessible point of your delivery address.
     
  • Freight Carrier: If your order has large/oversized items or consists of 5+ items, it will be palletized to ensure it arrives safely. Your items will be delivered via freight carrier, who will call you directly to schedule a window of time for delivery and will require a signature. Commercial locations, businesses and apartments will also require a signature and a delivery appointment. Debris and the pallet will not be removed. 
  • Ground: If your order does not meet the above criteria, it will be delivered to your front door by Fedex. This option does not require a signature upon delivery. 

**Tip: We try our best to design pieces that ship as conveniently as possible, all while fully assembled and carefully packaged: Vail Counter Stools and Vail Dining Chairs can go ground with Fedex. Oversized pieces, like the Vail Lounge Chair, will ship freight when Standard Shipping is selected.**

  • In-Home Delivery: A professional team will carefully bring your order inside your home and place it in your desired location, while also removing any boxes and trash. In-Home Delivery carriers will call you directly to schedule a window of time for delivery and will require a signature. 
  • Local Pickup: Local pick ups are available to customers in Colorado. 
  • Local Delivery: Local deliveries can be selected for addresses within a 30-mile radius of our Denver warehouse. 

In specific locations, we utilize a Third-Party Logistics Provider (3PL) to facilitate Standard (Threshold) Shipping and Local In-Home Deliveries. When a 3PL is involved in handling your order, we will communicate this to you during the order confirmation process.

The availability of local pickup and delivery options varies depending on the specific product, location, and other factors. The available alternatives will be presented to you during the checkout process based on your shipping address.

Great news! We designed the Outdoor Vail Ottoman covers to be easily removable. You can spot-clean the cloud fabrics with warm water. The FIQA fabrics are machine-washable in cold water.

Avoid placing your Outdoor Vail Ottoman in direct sunlight to keep it looking its best. The FIQA fabrics are UV resistant, making them resistant to discoloration and fading thanks to solution-dyed yarns. This means that the yarns are colored to the core with UV-stable pigments. We have also included an all-weather cover that should be used when you aren't using the ottoman.

If your cushions start getting flat from use, fluff them up by shaking, chopping, punching, and squishing them from all sides. Evenly distribute your fluffing. Ensure you aren't hitting one area of the cushion and forgetting about the other side. All sides are equal.

We have designed the Outdoor Vail Ottoman legs to include soft plastic padding covering to reduce any scratching of hard floor surfaces. If you need replacement or missing levelers, contact us at info@denvermodern.com.

To ensure excellent durability and resistance to stretching, we craft our straps from a high-quality polyester material called olefin. This design not only extends the lifespan of the straps but also enhances the overall comfort and support experienced during use.

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate requests for swapping out the existing straps with a different type of fabric.

We provide replacement cushions, straps, and frames at no cost in case of any damages or defects during shipping or manufacturing. However, if the need for replacement arises due to reasons beyond these, we offer these items for purchase to ensure our customers' satisfaction with our products.

Absolutely! The FIQA fabrics can be machine washed and even bleached if needed. The Cloud fabrics are spot clean only.
