    Our team reviews every application and responds within one business day. Most accounts are approved faster, and you’ll always hear from a real person.

  3. Access Your Portal

    Once approved, you’ll receive login details for your Denver Modern trade portal with your exclusive pricing, project tools, and saved favorites.

  4. Start Ordering

    Place orders at trade pricing, request samples, and connect with your dedicated trade rep for sourcing support, specs, and client-ready assets.

Getting started

Who qualifies for a Denver Modern trade account?

Interior designers, architects, hospitality and multifamily developers, set designers, and stagers with a registered business. We don't require a portfolio or minimum project size — just proof you're a working trade professional.

How long does approval take?

Most qualified applications are reviewed and approved within one business day. You'll get an email with your login the moment your account is live.

What do I need to apply?

Your business name, your role, the state(s) you're licensed or operating in, and a short note about the kind of projects you spec. The form takes about three minutes.

Is there a cost or minimum order to join?

No. The trade account is free, there's no annual fee, and no minimum order. Trade pricing applies from your first order forward.

Program details

What discount do trade members receive?

Trade pricing is tiered by category and visible across the site the moment you're logged in. Larger savings on Made to Order and project quantities — your dedicated rep can quote both.

Can I combine trade pricing with sales or promotions?

Trade pricing replaces sale pricing rather than stacking on top. You'll always see the better of the two on every product page once you're logged in.

Do I get a dedicated point of contact?

Yes. After approval you're matched with a trade rep who handles project quotes, COMs, finish samples, lead times, and Made to Order specification. You can reach them directly at [email protected].

Are samples and swatches available?

Yes. Trade members can request fabric, leather, and wood finish samples at no charge for active projects. Submit requests through your rep or the swatch page once logged in.

Orders & projects

What are typical lead times?

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made to Order pieces are typically 8–10 weeks from spec approval. Your rep confirms exact timing on every project quote.

Can I use my own fabric (COM)?

Yes — most upholstered Made to Order pieces accept COM. Your rep provides yardage requirements, shipping instructions, and a COM acknowledgement form before production starts.

How does shipping and white-glove delivery work?

We ship nationwide via standard freight or white-glove delivery depending on the piece and destination. Project shipments can be consolidated and scheduled to install dates — coordinate with your rep.

What's your return and damage policy for trade orders?

Stock items can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Made to Order and COM pieces are final sale. Damage in transit is covered — report within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair or replace.
