Measuring for the perfect seating height is a breeze! Measure to the bottom of your counter or bar overhang to determine the ideal height for your stools. For standard counter height, measure 35” to 36” above floor level; measure 40” to 42” off the floor for bar height. To ensure a comfortable and practical seating arrangement, we suggest leaving a gap of 26" – 30" between the centers of each bar stool. This allows for at least 8" – 10" of space between each seat, enabling easy ingress and egress without the risk of elbow collisions.
