Our cushion covers come with a 100% duck feather insert. Made from 52% cotton, 32% linen, 11% viscose, 5% polyamide.
Assembly & Care
No assembly is required.
Always refer to the care label specific to your product. Some textiles are not machine-ready, and we recommend dry-cleaning only. Fluff up your cushions regularly, allowing the down to breathe. Fluffing will help the cushions stay light and feathery. Every few months, on a sunny, clear day, lay your pillows in the shadow outside. Fluff them up several times and turn after about an hour. The heat will dry out any slight moisture. In addition, the fresh air will give your pillows a wonderful clean smell.
Our textiles come from the best weaving yarns, primarily produced in Belgium, France, Italy, and Peru. Natural fibers stay true to our values and those of quality. You'll love how these materials develop an authentic look over time. If any pilling should occur, don't be alarmed. It is simply from excess fiber coming off the fabric. This pilling is not a defect but a characteristic of many textiles. Our cushion fillers are 100% duck down and carry the Downpass label. We ensure high-quality, ethically sourced materials from controlled and traceable supply chains. Down cushions have the advantage of being incredibly long-lasting compared to synthetic alternatives.
Return & Shipping Policy
In the case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.
We do not refund original shipping charges. In addition, there is a 15% return fee that will be deducted from your original purchase price for any and all returned orders. All returns & exchanges must be postmarked within 30-days of the initial delivery date.
Orders that have not shipped from the Denver Modern warehouse can be canceled at any time. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price of your item for all canceled orders. Orders that are in transit to the customer may not be canceled and are considered a return.
Please ensure you have measured properly prior to placing any orders. Orders that are refused at delivery due to sizing issues are considered a return. If the delivery team is unable to fit your order into your home, your order will be considered a return.
The arrival of your new purchase should be as exciting as it sounds. To make that possible we created simple shipping options to make sure it shows up in top form and right where you want it.
Small items under 49 lbs (e.g. room décor, pillows, throws, rugs) are shipped via FedEx or another ground delivery agent. These will be delivered to your door, no signature is required. Please allow 2 days from when you receive tracking to when the item is officially in transit.
Furniture and other oversized items (e.g. lounge chairs, sofas, sideboards, large rugs) have two shipment methods: Curbside Freight Carrier, or In-Home Delivery (White Glove). You have the option to select the method at checkout.
* Curbside delivery is delivered on the curb and not to your door. The delivery company will contact you via phone, email, or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. * All items are delivered on a pallet to ensure the safety of those items in transit. The customer is responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris, which will include the wooden palate. You are also responsible for setup, assembly, and installation.
IN-HOME DELIVERY (WHITE GLOVE)
* In-home delivery is delivered by a white glove delivery partner. With this premium service, partners typically schedule deliveries with a 2-3 hour window, and all items require a signature for delivery. The delivery team will carry your order into your home, unwrap it, and assemble it (when applicable). They will also clean up and remove any packaging when they are done. * Please note delivery times are typically longer for in-home services than for curbside, by about 1-2 weeks.
